stop!! before playing this record be certain your health is good

I found a self-titled album by the 5.6.7.8's in Raoul. They didn't seem to sing very well, but it didn't particularly matter - 50's/60's rock and roll, screams and all. More rock than roll. Good stuff. In small print at the bottom of the back cover it said :

STOP!! Before Playing This Record Be Certain Your Health Is Good

Trawling the web for details on them, I found :
