good evening, captain

I caught a bit of Seth Rees' quiet little slow but slightly shimmery guitar-noodling set at Good Morning Captain, until eventually the cold got to me (no room inside, you see), plus it's one of those cosy little "familiar" places that made me feel a bit silly being there on my own. I'll have to catch Love of Diagrams some other time. I can sorta imagine Seth playing his stuff in the corner of an art gallery while people wander around looking at stuff, for instance - it's disarming without being disturbing.
