meanjin on rock 'n' roll
Via a friendly northern neighbour (thanks V!), I found out about Issue 3 (of 2006) of Meanjin which is all about Rock 'n' Roll. Contributions come from all sorts of people - Robert Forster, Steve Kilbey, Loene Carmen, Martin Armiger, and for starters. I picked one up from the Melbourne Uni bookshop on Grattan St yesterday morning - there might still be a copy left if yer lucky. Looks like a pleasant weekend of reading ahead of me.
