Nude as the News and Drawer B weigh in on the new Elvis Costello album. Not owning much of the back-catalogue - merely an old second-hand copy of this year's model and a new, with-extra-CD version of all this useless beauty, which I'm loving (thanks for the recommendation, Bruce) - I wouldn't really know how to take comments like :
Any Costello fan worth his weight in vinyl would readily admit that this record is Costello's finest offering since 1986's Blood & Chocolate.
...but at least it gives me ideas for what to buy next, after I've bought when I was cruel.
