oh by the way

I upgraded the hardware this website runs on, on Friday afternoon (yes, the 13th). Hopefully you haven't noticed any differences, apart from maybe a little craziness on Friday night, but Don't Mention The War. I also finally took the opportunity to get Debian onto it, which I'd been running for years everywhere else, but had been a little slack about sitting down and planning out the great upgrade from RedHat (buh-bye !) on this particular machine because it's so central to my (and a few other people's) existence, and I really didn't want to fuck it up. But it's done now, and everything's beautiful. Honest.

At least that's one monkey off my back.
