I didn't make it to last week's Buzzcocks gig (seduced by slack once more !), but Vanessa did. Was Mike Joyce still drumming for them ? I figured that if he was, and I'd made it to the gig, I would've seen 3/4 of The Smiths over a 14-year period (I saw The The back in 1989, when Johnny Marr was hanging around with them, and Moz just last year).
And I missed Two Lane Blacktop at Good Morning Captain on Saturday night, 'cause I was off at a wedding. Ah well. Next time.
