My friend tells me the name means "shanghai neighbour" (and, well, it's only a 20 minute walk from home for me, so it's almost true). The décor's a bit over-new, but it's a change from way-too-old, certainly. Make sure, whatever you do, that you try the "pumpkin cake" entree - six little round orange delights. I haven't had an entree this good since, oh, Sweet Basil in Commercial Road?
