quick linkage
I've been a bit slack with my linkage, so :
PopMatters reviews Teenage Fanclub's Howdy, which didn't even get a local release here but did, surprisingly, in New Zealand - if only I'd known before I went there. In any case, the review's right on the money - it's a great-sounding album, but at the same time, it's nothing particularly special. The kind of thing you'd love if you love that kind of thing. etc.
