Rough Trade's got another compilation due right about now - rock and roll 1, the analogue (in both senses) to their electronic 01 compilation from about 6 months ago. Nice-looking tracklisting, though I must admit I don't know as many of them as I probably should. I probably would've put The Fall's Rebellious Jukebox on instead of Dr Buck's Letter, but maybe they didn't quite have enough "recent" stuff (in which case, it's a fine choice).
