instant gratification
If you're interested in Jabber one way or another, go fill in their user survey.
Personally, I've been keen on it for ages though I don't know anybody using it who isn't already using ICQ/Yahoo/MSN/AIM, so I've yet to come to rely on it. I've run an in-house server at work for maybe 2 years, but interest in that died off when the users all moved onto the same floor. Ah well.
