the end is the beginning is the end

Hey, it looks like Gentle Ben and his Sensitive Side are back in town this Friday night at The Doot (it used to be the Geebung) in Flemington, right near Newmarket station. Apparently they're about to start recording a new album too.

Somewhat vaguely relatedly, Rowland S. Howard has recorded a 7 inch with The Devastations of Autoluminescent and The Velvet Underground's Ocean, which he's been playing at live gigs in recent years. They'll be playing together up in Brisbane later this month.
