northcote town hall stencil art

From the Darebin City Council calendar of events for June 4th:

Invitation to all Stencil artists to stencil the poster wall at the Civic Square Northcote Town Hall in conjunction with Northern Exposure.

Stencils up to A3 size, black, blue and red spray paint provided.

Stencils will be on display until September 2005.

...which seems like a nice way to use a spare wall (it looks like they're going to build something behind it, next to the town hall).
