monolith at carni, 2007-08-31

Somewhere in between the catastrophes I managed to get myself down to Carni for another Monolith night - this time Zac was coaxing some interesting drones out of his guitar, followed by faspeedelay doing some nice work - I found myself wishing a few of their tracks went on a bit longer, though (maybe that's just an artifact of the kinds of other stuff I've been seeing lately?). I didn't stay for the 3rd band, Ahkmed - the end of the week was weighing heavily on me - though their myspace page sounds promising.
