Wow. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are doing a Myer Music Bowl gig on December the 7th, with support from Neko Case(!) and Calexico(!!). Tickets go on sale today.
I guess this means the Myer Music Bowl is back in vogue as a music venue, what with Neil Young doing a show there next month. Let's just hope the weather holds out.

I may not (so far) run the kind of blog that posts social conscience linkage - other friends seem to have it covered better than I could manage (yes, I'm aware that's no excuse), but this doesn't mean that I don't care about the State of ThingsTM.

Hmmm.. there's this and Public Enemy; two acts I'm not mad about but am thinking of going to. And Radiohead next year at the Rod Laver Arena.

Yeah. I'm a little less into Nick Cave than I was, but I've yet to see him live. With support like that, it'll be a tough choice between this and The Shins + Iron & Wine at the Corner on Dec 10th as the teamup gig of the month (/year?).
