gorgeous last ever gig, northcote social club 2005-12-06
Despite the various things conspiring to keep me away from live music lately, I made it down the street to Gorgeous' last ever gig, given that I'd never quite managed to catch them live, yet (though there were a few near misses when I got to venues too late, or something). They were comfortable, fun and playful on stage and the songs came across very well - I guess that's to be expected after 6 years, eh? There was a guest bass player on a few tracks whose name I've forgotten (sorry!) and The Millers Tale joined them on-stage for Do Do Do Song at the end. +1 for pleasantness! A very nice night.
